When I started exercising, one of the things I noticed that I never did was strength training. That was something I never realized most people miss.
Best Fitness Guru says he began to see a transformation in his body when he started doing strength training.
“As I grew older, I had a realization one day. I didn’t feel strong. Though I love walking, I began to question whether it was enough to keep me fit. I wondered if I needed to add more strength exercises to my routine.” This is what the Best Fitness Guru disclosed.
