Now, it’s time to show you how? For the first 5 minutes, do it at your regular walking pace, then jack up the speed every minute until you reach your max. Aim to maintain the quickest pace you can walk for a minimum of 5 minutes, then start to reduce your speed to make a total of fifteen minutes for this ultimate workout.
Incorporate some resistance into your walking routine to make sure your body stays challenged.
Once you get used to this kind of walking routine, Fitness Buffhq suggests adding some resistance to boost things up. You can do so by finding a walking route with several hills or including light weights for your arms to ensure your body stays challenged.

How often should you do this 15-minute walking workout to see the results
Fitness Buffhq tells us, “The latest guidelines from the US Department of Health and Human Services (according to the CDC & The American Heart Association) suggest at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity. This translates into thirty minutes, five days per week.” He suggests breaking this into a 15-minute routine twice per day, five days per week, to achieve the best results. This will help you slim down, get toned & fit, and improve your cardiovascular health as well.
