Men in their 30s generally suffer from obesity, heart disease, joint pain, and tiredness because of their sedentary lifestyles, lack of exercise, poor eating habits, and stress. So, once you reach your 30s, you need to start monitoring your health with regular tests and then accordingly modify your lifestyle, including your diet.

Complete Blood Count
A complete blood count (CBC) provides a basic idea about well-being and can detect anemia (Low Hemoglobin).
Anemia usually causes feelings of less energy and tiredness. Therefore, men with low hemoglobin should undergo further investigations to treat the condition.
Also, get checked for hepatitis C antibodies in your blood. This virus can slowly lead to liver cancer or liver failure, and the scariest aspect is that people don’t notice any symptoms of the infection until it is too late for treatment.
Blood Sugar Test
Blood sugar tests help detect diabetes. Diabetes, if not controlled, can lead to many serious health problems affecting multiple organs.
If you suddenly start losing weight or are thirsty more than usual, then you might be struggling with diabetes because your pancreas can’t produce enough insulin or your body has become resistant to it.
The Lipid Profile test reveals your heart health. It guides you to maintain the fat levels in your blood under control to keep your heart in a healthy condition. In addition, a simple blood test helps find if your blood’s cholesterol levels are within the healthy range.
Cholesterol is a fatty substance that can block your arteries if the low-density lipoprotein (LDL-called bad cholesterol) remains high. High-density cholesterol (HDL-called good cholesterol) and triglycerides are checked in the same blood sample.

Many people unknowingly suffer from thyroid disease. Therefore, a thyroid profile checkup is necessary, even for men. This test will examine the overall functioning of your thyroid gland to detect whether you have hyper or hypo thyroid. If the test indicates a thyroid issue, you will probably need to begin medication in consultation with your doctor.
Vitamin D Test
Vitamin D test is necessary for keeping bones healthy, especially when crossing 30.
Most Indians are Vitamin D deficient because of their sedentary lifestyles. Vitamin D is needed for calcium absorption in your body. So vitamin D checkup is essential to detect its deficiency to correct it through dietary or medical intervention.
