Coriander-curry leaf tea
Take one tablespoon of coriander, half a tablespoon of fennel seeds, ten curry leaves, five mint leaves, and 1-inch grated ginger in 500 ml (about two glasses of water) and boil it for 5-10 minutes on a medium flame. Strain it and add half a lemon. Sip on it every day first thing in the morning.
Take 1/4th cup of curd and add 1 cup of water to it. Then churn it well in a churner or blender. Remove the froth accumulated on the top, and your buttermilk is ready. Add spice mix (cumin, pepper, Hing, salt, etc.) in it, and your delicious, digestion-boosting drink is ready. You can drink one half to one cup of buttermilk with or 30 minutes post lunch.
Take 1 tsp of each cumin seed (jeera), coriander, and fennel in one glass of water. You may add a pinch of turmeric powder to it for an extra detox effect, as turmeric is not only good for the gut but for the skin also. Boil these herbs for five minutes, strain them, and your detoxifying is ready. Sip it slowly. You can drink it 1 hour post meals daily.
