It is easy to use orange and lemon peels. After you’ve peeled your lemons, store the peels in the freezer. Dehydrate them either in the sun or in your oven at the lowest heat setting until they are hard to the touch. Blend the dried peels, and your lemon peel powder is ready (like lemon zest).
You can prepare orange peel powder in the same manner. Sprinkle them on top of curd or your favorite salad, air-fried potatoes, sweet potatoes, etc.
